Wendy + WHEN Package Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Wendy + WHEN Package, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Package Inclusions

The Wendy + WHEN Package includes:

A) WHEN Stories Event Enrollment (Value: $3,997)

  • Participation in a WHEN Stories event of your choice (virtual or in-person)

  • A professionally recorded, TEDx-style talk to be used as a visibility asset, a chapter in the book anthology, an episode on the podcast and a YouTube premiere.

  • Coaching and support for your talk and event preparation

  • Visibility through press, publicity, and online promotion

B) WHEN Stories 6-Week Group Coaching Program

  • Group coaching held on Mondays at 3:00 PM CST and Thursdays at 11:00 AM CST

  • Clients are encouraged to attend at least one session per week

  • Group coaching is tied specifically to the selected event and not transferrable or extendable

C) 3-Month 1:1 Coaching Package (Value: $2,497)

  • Includes 12 one-on-one coaching sessions with Wendy Babcock

  • Unlimited support via Marco Polo and text

  • Full access to the Speaker Circle Membership

2. Payment Terms

  • Pay in Full: $5,997

  • Payment Plan: $999/month for 6 months

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • For payment plans, Client agrees to complete all payments regardless of participation level or early withdrawal

3. Scheduling & Session Use

  • Group coaching dates and times are pre-set and non-negotiable.

  • 1:1 sessions will be scheduled separately after enrollment.

  • Missed group sessions will not be made up or refunded.

  • For 1:1 coaching, Client must provide 24 hours' notice for rescheduling; otherwise, the session is forfeited.

4. Event Selection & Participation

  • Client must select their preferred WHEN Stories event within 90 days of purchase

  • If Client does not choose or attend an event within one year of purchase, their enrollment will expire

  • Event participation cannot be transferred to another individual

5. Cancelation & Refunds

  • There are no refunds for this package under any circumstances

  • Cancelation of group coaching or 1:1 sessions does not release the Client from payment obligations

6. Communication

  • Client agrees to communicate with Wendy via text at 920-212-1443 or via the Marco Polo app for support and updates

  • Support is available during regular business hours (Monday–Friday)

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, frameworks, and resources provided as part of this program are the intellectual property of WHEN Stories Media Group and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
