Carolyn is a "Business with Balance" Coach. She works with women business owners, who have “full” lives, that want to quickly grow their businesses to 5-figures every month through coaching, teaching or leading others.

Originally, she was a High School Teacher who got into direct sales to help pay off student loans. She moved up quickly, earned consistent national recognition and was given a leadership role that enabled her to impact thousands of women.

That was where she discovered her passion for coaching others....

She eventually left her high-school teaching job to raise her kids, continue in her leadership role, build her own online business & become a certified business coach.

She has built online courses, coached business women for 18 years & she is now the proud owner of the Breakthrough with Balance Academy where she helps women grow highly lucrative coaching & leadership businesses in a way that personal life is always the prioirity.
