By reserving your spot at the Unmute: Fireside Storytelling Retreat, you agree to the following:

🚫 No Refund Policy

Due to the extremely limited nature of this retreat (only 6 spots available), all payments are non-refundable. This includes pay-in-full and payment plan options.

If you are unable to attend, your investment can be:

  • Transferred to a future retreat (if space is available)

  • Applied toward coaching or services with Wendy Babcock within 6 months of the retreat date

No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including illness, travel issues, or schedule conflicts.

💳 Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • Payments will be auto-charged every 30 days from the date of your first payment

  • All payments must be completed by October 15, 2025

  • If payments are not completed, your spot may be forfeited with no refund

🛏️ Room & Stay Info

  • All guests will receive a single bed in a shared space

  • The retreat house is cozy and communal—perfect for connection

  • Arrival: Tuesday, Nov 5 @ 5 PM
    Departure: Thursday, Nov 7 @ 10 AM

🧾 Liability Waiver

By attending, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with travel and participation in retreat activities, including fireside gatherings, nature walks, and group exercises.
You release Wendy Babcock, Brian Babcock, Sara Deacon, and the Unmute team from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages incurred before, during, or after the retreat.

📸 Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat. By participating, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness for promotional and commercial purposes by Wendy Babcock and WHEN Stories Media Group.

⚠️ Health & Accessibility

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns, please share them by emailing Wendy at [email protected]. This retreat involves stairs and may not be fully wheelchair accessible—please inquire before booking if you have specific needs.
